Agree with the lack of autonomy to do great work. Seems like a lot of this comes from other “trust less” parts of the crypto ecosystem.
And in some DAOs the original membership wasn’t values aligned at all (aside from degen principles to see numbah go up).
And very active DAOs are noisy as hell != efficiency
