😭😭😭😭 that was the inspiration, soy sauce, Worcestershire, ginger garlic, fresh thyme, white onions and a big spring onion i took out earlier.

Don’t you dare cry on me!! Just different recipes. My mother in law was from South Korea and made it perfect. However you know Koreans…stubborn and won’t share recipes! 😆 I had to go by taste but I still can’t get it like hers. Low sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, dash of paprika, brown sugar, minced garlic, green onions, white onions. Are those chili peppers? 🌶️ I want to try yours!!

I sort of just wing it! I will find a base recipe I use and share it with you. My husband said it tastes pretty similar to hers but I’m still messing with it. I’m going to try the red bell peppers and Worcestershire! Sounds good!
