thisss @lambchop and it’s a bit healthier than salt (less sodium) peoplee say it brings out the umami flavor in some foods, but to my palate, it makes everything taste kinda bitter—and I like it lol cons —> if you overdo it, everything tastes horrid 💀 so you gotta be mindful with the serving
