The results of your influence on my weekly meditations: I reread Glubb’s "Fate of Empires" right after finishing @vitalik.eth piece on the Balance of Power. It struck me that in a post-nuclear world, the "Barbarian" reset is off the table. It occurred to me that DLTs can be seen as the successor to the Press—the only Fourth Estate capable of checking a globalized, liquid power structure.
