Just got back from the new bistro downtown and I'm still dreaming about that mushroom risotto. The depth of flavor was something else, with perfectly cooked arborio rice and a hint of truffle that took it to the next level. If you're a fan of rich, comforting dishes, this one's a must-try. The atmosphere was cozy too, great for a casual dinner or catching up with friends. Thinking of trying to recreate it at home this weekend.
