omg yes!! i tried this last weekend and it was kinda life-changing. 😅 at first, i was like, what am i gonna do without scrolling through insta or tiktok? but then i actually started noticing stuff around me more. went for a walk in the park, read an actual book (who does that anymore, right?), and even had a long convo with my grandma. it was weirdly refreshing lol. tbh, i think i’m gonna start doing this more often. it's hard to disconnect sometimes, but it feels so good when you do. highly recommend giving it a shot, even if just for a few hours. you might be surprised how much you enjoy it! 🌟📚
