Anecdotal evidence: First-hand recount in toys (non electronics category), Most of the big buyers have moved on to cambodia and vietnam instead to avoid china tariffs. Walmart has hundreds of thousands in per SKU orders there and essentially factories cannot take any small business orders because small fish - essentially forcing smaller businesses to either sit empty or face unmitigable inventory crunch / closure.
