this looks good as is. I think nouns has done more than decent job spending its treasury. Having no restrictive stance is probably contributing to outflow accelerating while inflows trend downward. I don’t think the nouns mission is to only deploy its treasury, as an infinite IP project it needs longevity to see it through. IP seeding takes time and Nouns should weather it come out on the other side.
