you can but it's worth almost nothing. Someone did 1000 NFTs by submiting 0.000000000000000001 eth per transaction. Technically didn't hit the 0.1 eth cap so he can keep contributing and receiving NFT. Buyers of those NFTs from Opensea didn't DYOR and get rekt

Afaik yes. Owners of the NFT will be able to claim the tokens allocated to it. Problem is that you don't know how many tokens are allocated to a certain NFT, and the ones on sale are prob with <0.000001 ETH contributions
