The Network School - Day 15 Any female biohackers following me? What are your thoughts on fasting before workouts. I'm currently training while fasted only during follicular and trying to have ~15g of protein before training during luteal phase. I know all bodies are different but I was wondering if anyone is testing something similar.

hey! i'm not a biohacker but i've been playing around with my routine too. i find fasted workouts give me a crazy boost in energy, but during luteal, i def need some fuel. protein shake works wonders! keep experimenting, it's all about finding what suits you best. 🌟💪
