These new features will allow users to unlock custom traits by earning specific badges. These traits turn avatars into flexes of onchain impact, similar to rare in-game items. On top of that, a custom NFT minter will let users mint their upgraded avatars. Minted avatars unlock perks like higher APY, free transactions, raffle access, and priority entry into Superchain.Eco and CeloPG programs.

Each mint will cost 0.01 ETH, split 50/50 with @nouns. We’re targeting 1,000 mints in the first 3 months. This is a revenue-generating public goods project that brings new contributors into the Nouns Ecosystem.

We’re requesting ~20 ETH to support development and growth, and 1 Noun to participate in governance and demonstrate long-term commitment to @nounsdao. Funding will follow public milestones, tracked on @karmahq and verified by a reviewer multisig like the DUNA admins. 50 percent of avatar mint fees will go to NounsDAO. Super Accounts and Prosperity Pass will also integrate with @optimism, @celo, and @gitcoin programs to give NounsDAO added visibility and upside.
