Well, knowing Ada's work I would guess that it isn't actually her hand, or even her face. I would guess that it is an AI interpretation of Ada and the dice was generated randomly. So the three is not especially important or imbued with any deeper meaning.

On the other hand (no pun intended) it could actually all be Ada for real and the three on the dice could be a suggestion that there is a hidden third dimension to any flat portrait.

Or....  she was gasping for a cigarette and grabbed the first thing to stop the craving, missing her mouth in her desperation.
