Hey @farcaster fam

Just noticed some strange transactions on my Farcaster in app wallet. Apparently there's a drainer targeting peoples tokens in the Farcaster wallet. The person has been trying to move USDC from my wallet but unfortunately I have no USDC left for the drainer to move.

This is particularly surprising cos I have not exported this wallet to any other app. I only use it on Farcaster and so the only interaction it has with other apps is via the @farcaster mini apps.

Even though I suffered no loss from this drainer as at the time of posting this, a look through the base address of the drainer on basescan shows many wallets have been drained of valuable assets.

Anyone who has a solution on how to stop this drainer from my wallet should kindly let me know in the comments.

I feels a lot of users are gonna loss some funds in farcaster as a result of non notifications of scam sites
Funny enough those sites will look harmless

I personally only interact with the Farcaster mini apps and so if any of them is malicious, then the @farcaster team needs to double up on screening these apps. Thankfully there's no incident of a malicious mini app till date. Let's hope it remains so...
