also social networks are a marathon. the fact that merkle has so much capital makes me more confident farcaster will be around in 10 years and my time spent here is not wasted. remember all the attention-grabbing apps that launch and shut down just as quick every year?

speaking as someone with experience launching social products that all had to shut down despite having 6 figure DAUs.

seeing farcaster transform 2022→2025 and how the team is responding to feedback gives me confidence everything is moving in the right direction despite some minor setbacks (necessary to evolve)
