lol the bottom of the image was cut off in the preview before clicking in so i didn't see the caption at first, but knew this was a turbot pan based on the shape of the pan. it's the same shape as the fish.

when i was a kid, a family friend of mine would cook turbot weekly. extravagant. Turned out their dad was in a secret cult and no one knew about it. the two points are unrelated, but equally intriguing.
