appreciation

today i appreciate:

1) paying what a thing is worth not more not less

2) mixed spices: i love spice mixes where it has multiple ingredients (like salt+pepper) premixed so less storage space needed

3) the wide variety of sounds that can be made by a human voice

/scribble inminiapp scribbling and nft minting

Imagine living before money when it was just the barter system, must've been a nightmare for trade.

Also garlic salt (literally chefs kiss) love throwing some of that on steak.

Also kindof like my response to #1 but imagine living before language when it was just sounds, how hard that must've been 😭

Social refrigerator 

Before there were refrigerators food could go bad easier. So you would gift out food after a big kill, since you couldn't eat a whole animal before it would go bad. In hopes that when you're unable to kill someone else in the community will share their success

Yeah so much trust within a small community as well, survival was a group effort

And yeah lots of pointing and grunting. But eventually someone had to mimic someone else when it came to a situation. Then a pattern began to emerge. Basically trends, but sounds, which turned into words 🤯

one can see why every small group/town had to be more self sufficient when their wasnt money to access goods with
