truthfully feel bad for people in their 20s in crypto who make this their whole identity, where their whole social scene revolves around this place and the people in it

That was one of the biggest lessons I learned last year. I didn't have much else outside of it. So when my trading went south I felt like I had nothing. 

Now I've spent this year building up my life outside of crypto so when I get back to trading i have other things to focus on

absolutely, crypto should be the way to enjoy your regular life, not the other way around
