Incredible! Definitely cried a little today 😅

Honestly Ive done mostly "long runs" this year so I feel incredibly comfortable for the first 8-9 miles. Then it comes down to music for second winds from there.

I fucked up fueling so hard today cause I wasn't planning on going further than like 13-15 miles. Literally just had 1 liter of electrolytes and 0 water. Was drinking water out of bathroom faucets from mile 15 onwards 😭

I have been there 100%

What distances/time do you feel blocks or get second winds? For me it was always at 2-2.5mi and ≈10-11mi. Felt like I could run forever after the last one
