Today I’m excited to announce a new project with @polluterofminds called Orbiter: a dead simple tool for uploading and hosting static sites. https://www.producthunt.com/posts/orbiter

Annnnnd it's live!! 🎉 The Pinata SDK now features a special React sub package that can be used for client side uploads in combination with presigned URLs. I can't even begin to describe what an upgrade this is 🥲 Try it out now with npm install pinata@latest and check out the docs below!

Pinata is running a snapchain node https://hub.pinata.cloud/v1/info The snapchain node docs says this is a valid endpoint but the data returned is stale https://snapchain-docs.vercel.app/reference/httpapi/casts I also reached out to @dynemyte

I don’t know if anyone here uses Glitch, But Glitch is ending support for app hosting. If you need a new home, Orbiter might be it. We have a generous free plan and affordable paid plans. And we’re dead-simple to use. https://blog.glitch.com/post/changes-are-coming-to-glitch/ https://orbiter.host

It’s very different but in a good way imo. I was using fish before nushell and switched for the speed and table format with data, but I hear fish also recently went full rust and is likely just as fast these days.
