Lazy take but I feel like in 20-50 years people are gonna look at suburbs fondly the way urbanists do today with mixed use buildings. (Assuming we develop more localized commercial/retail fronts that aren't plazas or malls)

Yes but some of the suburbs are sprawling neighborhoods where every house is a carbon copy of another and barely different. Older suburban neighborhoods have more diversity.

This describes like 90% of developing Utah county šŸ˜† I wanna believe as these houses wear and tear, homeowners will start breaking away from the monotony and add character to their homes.
