thinking about the SAVE act and vOtEr FrAuD and all that and i'm wondering: is it unconstitutional to require people to have IDs? I know in the Netherlands, you're required to have a photo ID on you whenever you're in public (i don't recall whether you're required to bring that ID to vote)
