Q: what helps you sleep?
Husband was doing really well with Beam hot cocoa, but he can't change his shipping address with them for some reason so they're no longer an option.
AGZ is way more expensive and he doesn't like the herbal (chamomile) taste.
Trying just plain hot cocoa for the placebo effect for now
