Lovely! I've been thinking about getting a holder so that I can get rid of the big carton when we're down to fewer eggs. And now that I think about it, I've seen door inserts in fridges for egg holders, implying that it's normal (though wrong) for people to remove the egg from the fridge. So maybe if there wasn't a clam shell/lid over the eggs, I'd feel more comfortable with removing the egg while the holder is in the fridge. But removing the carton/holder is still the best choice, imho
