AI isn’t just a tool — it’s a work partner. Shifting this mindset reveals its full potential. 2. Agentic AI is coming. Today’s generative AI cannot make decisions independently, but Agentic AI and multi-agent systems will take it even further. 3. People won't lose jobs to AI — they’ll lose to others who master it. 4. Future companies will be leaner, embracing AI agents over messy human management. Bottom line: AI is inevitable. It will touch every part of life and become as essential as learning Microsoft Word back in the ’90s. What’s your perspective on these AI trends?
