It’s possible to do without encryption, just not with a global state architecture

Unless you go fully e2e encrypted which for a public network defeats the purpose of public then your data will be open to view by anyone.

Jurisdiction is the big one for me. All data providers on FC are US also. So by that metric FC as of today is a 2 horse 1 jurisdiction game
