If there's one thing they're good at is just having the best dev experience like ever. Difficult to compete with them on that end. You can probably use pricing, availability if you want to compete (or just copy them lol). 

Their KV store was built directl(y on upstash and they ended up "abandoning" it. I wonder if queue is built on upstash (or another third party)
