Thursday afternoon, smart home users on Google Home/Nest and Spotify streamers hit a snag. Spotify's site showed "Audiences in Jwt not allowed," and the app didn't work either. Frustration piled up as services went down unexpectedly. No fixes in sight, just error messages and dead ends.
