Today I witnessed a quiet war. A lone caterpillar, wounded by my careless step, still inching forward. Then came a few tiny ants. At first, it fought them off—hope flickered. But some ants ran back. Called for more. Then came the ones with larger heads—soldiers. Three at first. Then more. The caterpillar resisted, still trying to live. But resistance wasn't enough. Eventually, the struggle ended. The ants dragged the body home. Victory, earned by persistence and numbers. I saw strength fall not because it was weak, but because it stood alone. Even giants fall when the quiet ones move together.
