Looking at the gas fees for Mantle we can see an uptick in fees being paid for DeFi. I think in general price volatility increases DeFi activity. As the price action has been positive recently, this affects sentiment and people want to spend/trade more which creates a demand for stablecoins. There will also be an increase in MEV and arbitrage opportunities which further increases demand for stablecoin liquidity. There might be some incentive programs too but we dont track those metrics.

Damn, I’ll be honest I did not expect you to reply 😅 but this was a good response! Stablecoin is the lifeblood of any successful DeFi ecosystem. Time to start looking into these chains 🧐
