Ukraine's President Zelensky signed new sanctions targeting 60 firms aiding Russia in using crypto to bypass sanctions.  
55 are Russian companies, including miners, exchanges, and payment firms.  
5 others are from Cyprus, Kazakhstan, and the UAE, some already under US sanctions.  
Zelensky noted Russia's shift to crypto as traditional finance gets blocked.  
Ukraine aims to shut down all such money routes.
