1. what’s your take on decentralized social? what do you think is missing from the current ecosystem (farcaster or lens) and what’s needed to take it to the next level (onboard next millions of users)? 2. how are you thinking about builder onboarding programs? have there been any specific initiatives or ideas you’re exploring to attract and support new apps/builders building on ethereum?

1. I think that agentic moderation and AI curated boards would help over time. Ethereum will have a massive role in it. 2. Yes, we want to help builders with their journeys - from learning about Ethereum, through hackathons, accelerators, incubators all the way to funding, launching and winning.

on point 2. totally ethereum has been supporting builder programs for a while now. i was part of the ethindia team for years and ran the biggest ethereum hackathon :) but there’s also this growing often unspoken frustration around how many of the hackathons and builder initiatives once run under the banner of NGOs are now operated by for profit companies. my intention in asking was to understand if EF is thinking about doing something new or different to shift this dynamic, beyond what’s already in motion :)

I have been thinking about an open source GitHub with a project that agentically manages an entire hackathon so anyone can run it in their city
