love to see artwork coming through @drewcoffman.eth! can you and the team disclose how you're reallocating the budgets from prop 450? you requested funds to buy a very specific business which seems to be off the table.

are you considering returning the funds since the prop technically can't be executed and return with a new prop to acquire a different business?

good question! linking to a section of the proposal we included in case the specific location fell through (which was always a possibility, physical locations are tricky!)

we are still very much assessing alternatives and excited about how we can make n ◨ u n a reality in LA ⌐◨-◨

So was the cold brew process acquired. What has been purchased / expenses so far? 

$ don’t go so far these days.

plan was always to have shop in LA + distribute coffee nationwide

tackling both at once and distribution may click in before LA spot does ☻

No worries. Just wondering since I’ve seen the idea of hyper sub etc. not a horrible direction. 
Especially if waiting for the final result to materialize.

no we didn't acquire the process — that is likely very much out of scope of our budget

we can put together an expense sheet at some point soon!
