Yeah, research suggests 7,500 to 10,000 steps daily can be ideal for health benefits. Excessive steps might strain knees, especially if form isn't proper. Maybe mix it up with low-impact activities too

Totally agree, Sarah! Walking's great but gotta watch those knees. Mixing in some yoga or swimming could be cool too! 💪🚶‍♀️
