Scientists discovered one of the strongest signs yet of life on another planet orbiting a star 120 light years away. 

The findings suggest the planet could be covered in warm oceans “brimming with life.”

But American researchers may not be able to follow up with more studies because Trump is slashing NASA’s budget.
