Heading to the gym tomorrow — I can already feel my body asking for it. I want to get back into the rhythm: warm-up, dumbbells, basic lifts, sweat, and that post-workout feeling when you feel like you’ve been reassembled. I’m planning to go with my usual routine — something for chest, back, a bit of legs, and light cardio to wrap it up. Not trying to destroy myself, just feel like I’m putting in the work.
