GMatcha 30 degrees and rising calls for an iced matcha. Belén is an expat who always wanted to learn in a culinary school in Paris. She came and did this but instead of heading back to Buneos Aires to open up a small bakery, she took the risk and did it in Paris.. We are big fans of supporting small businesses as Noir is right down the street... (and they're popping up everywhere)
