What has been an aha moment for you to deal with stress? Meditation for me has been a game changer. To realize that your subconscious mind is pushing thoughts (estimated around 60k-70k per day) and that this isn't something I'm actively choosing to do has opened my eyes. I'll write more about this later, but... Meditation, breathing, exercise, eating well, and sleeping well (not all sleep is created equal) have been my biggest aha moments for getting rid of stress.
