Good stuff. If memory serves me, Chuang Tzu had a great commentary on Wu Wei. The metaphor that made it click for me was about a butcher, who barely moves to slice through a carcass and a novice, who is all thinking and over thinking and extra movements. It's about what gets called Flow a lot these days, letting the actions happen through you.
