I find the interplay of responsibility here — between founder and investor — really interesting so, I'm already on the record that I think Luc should have disclosed the $fair private presale at launch. but whatever, I don't think he's malicious or that anyone he tapped to participate is either, and I'm sure they'll come back with better info about whatever token lockup guarantees exist and how they're enforced (he already shared a little about that) I actually think this is a bigger deal: > today we're dropping governance token through @/clanker. think of holders as our board: they call the shots: change the rules or pull the plug. Goal is ultimately full agent autonomy. crucial details yet so vague! in startup-land, the board of directors usually includes large shareholders, but it's theoretically possible to have a board that doesn't own the enterprise at all. *who actually owns the $fair investment pool?* on the other hand: nobody is making you buy anything. I didn't buy anything 🤷‍♀️
