12k+ addresses on the early access list (pro subscribers)

lower the supply to make it easier to sell out (3k, 5k...)

or 

keep at 10k and hope it sells?

It is impossible to find a balance in pricing for launching a collection, everything depends on the market and on Marketing capabilities.
Just launching a collection for the sake of experimentation will not bring anything good if there are no clear goals for this collection and partnership with good collections or projects is very important.
Ultimately, the best incentive is an airdrop or token launch!
