Some alpha from the 'AI for Founders' workshop at @MENABCW:
> VCs are no longer investing in just ideas - or even completed apps.
They wanna see proof of sales: if you can show monthly subscriptions, real revenue, or a product people are already buying - you have a much stronger case.
No traction or sales = much harder to raise.
> It has never been cheaper or easier to become a founder thanks to AI.
> Pivots will become faster because costs and risks are lower.
> Small AI-native teams will outperform large traditional teams.
> AI literacy is no longer optional - it’s a mandatory founder skill now.
> AI won’t replace people. People who use AI will replace people who don’t.
