Mental health matters
The best day I’ve had in the last two months was the day I didn’t check any social media
Spent ~48 hours so far not checking the feed / timeline and holy shit my headspace is a thousand times better already! Going to keep up a few more days
I empathize a lot with people but also due to empathy / being human, getting exposed to a constant high volume stream of negativity for weeks at work was not healthy
