i was lowkey burnt out from crypto this fall, especially following all the market crashes now I’m feeling super refreshed even without psychologist or holiday what helped me? - 8 hours sleep - no phone 1 hour b/a sleep - meditation and breathwork in the morning - everyday diary with gratitude, setting daily goals - setting goals for the whole year - home food, minimizing fast food - very active cardio n muscles group training (I love it!) - avoiding talking about how market is bad, there r no opportunities etc - meeting daily with family/frens take care guys!
