Networking is the most underrated skill in Web 3 Most of the best things that happened to me in Web 3: job offers, collabs, private communities and even airdrops - came through the right networking (both IRL and online) Of course, it’s great to understand trading terminals, on-chain data, protocols, tokenomics, etc. But unless you’re extremely talented in one specific thing, soft skills can take you much further. Good online networking can give you: > access to closed trading / ecosystem / like-minded communities > whitelists & allocations (bull market stuff never mind lol) > early info about projects > collab offers Good IRL networking can give you: > job offers, both full-time and part-time > access to private events > stronger trust with people > the most important - real friends Everyone has their own networking style: but personally, even when I worked in BD, I never liked instantly selling or asking for something. I always tried to first get to know the person. Because in Web 3, people don’t just work just with your pitch. They work with your energy, reputation, and trust. And it's the biggest currency in this space.
