Biohacking - First Steps👣
My journey into biohacking started with counting the steps I take in a day. Modern science suggests that you should aim for at least 6,000 steps daily, and regularly hitting 10,000 steps is linked to good physical fitness. To combat a sedentary lifestyle, doing 30 minutes of exercise five times a week is also a great option. I regularly monitor my heart rate and keep track of my sleep quality.
