what do you mean by putting the passions to sleep? like, pushing the free-flowing creativity that could feed the idea further to the back through trying to turn it into rigid actions immediately?

I like to think of it as exploration mode versus exploitation mode. When I’m in exploration mode, I can’t force the issue doing and doing Will never really excavate what I’m trying to do I have to live in the question and live in the silence. What I’m in exploitation mode I know the goal I start coming up with a plan I start optimizing the plan and I’m ready to execute and I hit it hard.

So yeah in this context I think of putting passions sleep is only sticking to exploitation mode makes that free flowing exploration not only not possible but it dulls the muscle is my feeling
