When I moved from NY to Chicago 13 years ago I (for some reason) decided I was gonna throw out my sketch books from my teen years. My dear friend said she would keep them instead. I just went to visit her for the first time in 13 years. She got rid of sketch books but kept this one work that she loved. It’s all I have left from that period but it was amazing to see this again and know at least one work survived, is loved and on her wall after all these years.
