the original openventures "tokenized venture network" concept is still pretty interesting

couple updates for a v2:

- would do erc404 type token. anybody can get exposure via the fungible but need the full nft to be a network member
- original network membership invite-only. can let markets figure it out after that but initial membership should be curated

Bear case is these all just converge to memecoin trading alpha chats

had a conversation about 404 earlier. feels underexplored

I have thought of this for long time. Also having the full NFT gives you governance while having fractions does not.
