Vertigo + Bullpen sniper prevention mechanic is actually dope

For first 3 hours the token is live, a descending tax starting at 100% if you buy outside of the Bullpen frontend, to prevent early snipers/bots. After the time is up, everybody gets refunded their tax. Result is a hyped launch where nobody owns >.5% and nobody loses what they paid in tax. 

Cool part IMO is you can in theory swap out the Bullpen frontend condition with something else, e.g. neynar score > X, KYC, whatever (I'm assuming this is the case if there is already some offchain validation happening)

it's similar to damm fee schedules, but with an arbitrary condition where you swap out <epochs since launch> with anything
