What fiction written in the last decade do you think people will be reading 200 years from now?*

Assume humans and books still exist in their current form

• Richard Flanagan’s “Narrow Roads to the Deep North”

If I can have an extra decade, then I would say:

• Sebastian Barry’s “A Long Long Way”
• Aravind Adiga’s “The White Tiger”

As much as I dislike his books, I could see Franzen being read 200 years from now. If he were still alive, David Foster Wallace would probably make the list too.
